PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

We are seeking a Production Technician to work in our Malvern facility on our Wound Care product manufacturing. The Production Technician is responsible for producing, bottling and packaging product and performing quality control testing. This role offers a chance to work independently with an innovative technology in an appealing work environment.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Set up and adjust equipment before production runs.
  • Perform a wide variety of laboratory tests, either manually or using automated instrumentation, with precision and accuracy.
  • Fully document all test results and production parameters as required to comply with FDA/GMP's.
  • Produce liquid solution using system, bottle, label and package product.

Key Qualifications:


  • Experience with FDA GMP's required.
  • Minimum 1 year production experience, ideally in a clean manufacturing environment (not necessarily a clean room), with understanding of batch and test record keeping
  • Experience calibrating testing equipment, analyzing and recording test results.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as required.
